Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Tees & Overs. We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make the process as smooth as possible.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact our team at teesandovers@yahoo.com with the following information:
- Order Number
- Item Name
- Reason for Return or Exchange

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition, with the original tags still attached. Items showing signs of use, wear, washing, or damage may not be eligible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product). If your package arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong color/size, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
Important: When returning an order, please keep your proof of shipment and tracking number until your package is successfully received at our warehouse. We cannot resolve issues during the return shipping process without a valid tracking number or proof of shipment.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if the return is not in its original condition or missing parts.
Exchanges
Once we receive your returned items, we will process your exchange within 7 business days. As soon as your exchange is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor its progress.
