Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

- United States: 7–9 business days
- Europe: 6–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–9 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
- Australia: 6–10 business days
- Asia: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 9–21 business days
Please note: Estimated delivery times may vary due to customs delays, holidays, or other unforeseen factors.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Tees & Overs is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received the package, please contact your local carrier first, as they may have more information. We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered unless a valid claim is submitted and approved.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at teesandovers@yahoo.com. Please include your order number, a photo (if applicable), and a short description of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it.
